We Accept Ministry Credit
It could be that you are an experienced minister. If so, you may qualify for programs that will save you time and money. Please fill out the ministry experience form in the application section of this website.
Easy Payment Plan/Early Pay Incentive

for more information. Students who pre-pay the total fees will be given a 5% discount on these fees, including the yearly registration fee. Payments in full are mailed directly to Summit Bible College.
Payment Plans
Students not paying in full must participate in a payment plan. All payment plans are interest free loans that students are required to pay with a down payment & on a monthly basis. If students miss two consecutive payments, their balance is due, immediately, and their current enrollment may be in jeopardy. Payment Plan Students must sign up at www.ecsi.net, fill out an appliction and abide by the rules therein. Transfer credits may help students qualify for Concurrent programs (see below).
Distance Learning Programs --- Tuitions, Payment Plans and Book Fees
Please read the following notes, carefully:
• All students are admitted into programs, which are dependent upon placement after evaluation of their college transcripts, degrees, ministry experience or a combination of the three.
• All accepted students become official once they pay the down payment for the program for which they have been approved. (Students are put into specifically designed programs which are packages.). In other words, a student may not pay for individual classes, and must either pay for their program by payment plan or by lump sum (payments for lump sum are sent to the home office.
• You may take 1-5 courses per quarter (12 weeks), however, once a course has begun in a particular quarter the work must be completed within the quarter to avoid an additional late fee of $10 (per course). So, it is better to begin with 2 or 3 courses to ensure completion.
(New students that begin late get an additional “grace period” for their first quarter. The grace period is equal to the time that they missed because of enrollment or for a full quarter if more then 4 weeks of the quarter has begun.)
• There is a 5% discount for paying all of the total cost up front.
• We may credit up to 50% of our requirements for courses you have taken at other colleges, secular or biblical, for your program. (Secular courses that we credit from other colleges include English, Math, Social Studies, Psychology, Sociology, Speech and some the like.) If you are using courses in your ministry such as a medical tech on the mission field, those courses may also apply. Check with our counselors and be prepared to send in your transcripts if you need an analysis.
• Prices do not include books and Shipping rates within the continental US. Other areas' rates for shipping may be higher.
Withdrawal and Tuition Refund Policy
The student must submit a written request before the end of the first 12 days of the quarter. The student will be refunded 90% if they withdraw within the first five days and 75% if they withdraw within the 6th to the 12th day. No refunds are given after the 12th day. (Books, application, registration and other college fees are not refundable.) The student must submit a written request before the end of the first 12 days of the quarter. Students paying all of their tuition up front will receive the same rules for the whole sum as is granted for the monthly payment program. These “pay in full” students will not qualify for any refunds of any part of the whole after the 12th day of the beginning of their first quarter.
Exception: VA students paid for by the VA will receive 100% refund if they withdraw within the first two weeks, and then 75% if they withdraw in the third or fourth weeks and only $10 of their application fee will be non-refundable. No refunds are given after the fourth week.
Payment by Credit Card
We do allow payment by credit card to Summit Bible College if you are paying in full. Go to the top of this page and click on the Paypal icon. If you desire to pay by monthly payments, with your credit card you must click on the ECSI link on our main page or click here.
Grievance Procedure
All grievances are handled according to Scripture. The following system is our method of dealing with conflicts:
2. If your brother or sister does not listen, go to him taking a committed Christian as a witness and explain your side. If it is not possible (because of distance) to go personally, write a letter to the parties involved and get a pastor to verify it by signing it, then send it to them. (Matt 18:16)
3. If you are still not satisfied, write a formal complaint, having a pastor sign and verify it, then turn it in to the Disciplinary Board of SBC. Wait for a judgment, allowing at least two weeks. (Matt 18:17)
4. Once a decision is made, pray about your alternatives, whether favorable or not, seek peace and guidance in the Word of God and get council. (Phil 2:1-4)
5. Act on what the Lord is speaking through the confirmations of the above steps. (Luke 17:3, Rev 3:19)
